Apply a facial oil to reduce friction and glide smoothly over your skin. Hold the mushroom with the rounded edge facing your skin. Start in the center of your face and move upwards outward. The key is gentle and consistent practice to experience the full benefits. Repeat each stroke 5-10 times. Rinse your tool under running water before and after each use.
