France & Germany:

Free shipping from €150 / Shipping costs for orders from €7.95

The rest of the world:

Delivery info:

• Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays, and no deliveries are made on Saturdays .
• Orders are shipped via Sendcloud. You'll receive an email to track your package. Please check your spam folder as well.
• The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address . If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package needs to be reshipped, the customer will be responsible for the full shipping costs (€6.95 for Belgium and €7.95 for the Netherlands).
• The recipient is responsible for all customs and duty fees incurred.
• Please note that delivery may take 2-3 days, depending on our courier's distribution policy. Mondial Relay takes at least a week.
• Orders are shipped within two business days of receiving payment . Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be shipped the following business day.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the established procedure.
• If you haven't received your package, please let us know within 14 days. After this period, we will no longer be able to investigate the shipping company or issue a refund or reshipment.
• If possible, choose delivery to your work address or preferably to a collection point in your area, think ecologically.
• Please note that all products are subject to Belgian VAT and this is included in the individual prices of each product.
• If your package arrived damaged, please report this within 2 days to info@biotylab.com, attaching photos.
• We reserve the right to cancel your order if we suspect fraud.
• If you forget to pick up your package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs (€4.95). If we then have to send it back, the customer is responsible for this cost.

Stock availability:

Unfortunately, from time to time, stock may be unavailable. You will be contacted if the item you ordered is temporarily unavailable. You will receive a refund or have the product shipped later. We will ship available items immediately once they are back in stock. You only pay the shipping costs once.

RETURNS:

Returns Policy & Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with the Trade Practices Act and Consumer Information and Protection Act, the buyer has a right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund guarantee as long as the purchased product is unopened and in its original condition. Please return the unused, undamaged product(s) to own costs and risk (together with your contact details), within 14 days of receipt of the goods to our contact address and you will be refunded the full purchase price of the product, less any delivery costs we have incurred , within 14 days of us receiving your returned items (provided we receive the item(s) back postage prepaid and on time).

Please notify us (info@biotylab.com) if you wish to return your purchase. before Return the goods to us. You will not be entitled to a refund if the product has been used, the packaging is damaged or has been written on, or the order has been opened and/or not returned in its original packaging.

Refund of the product(s) will be reduced by any shipping costs we may have incurred.

Promotions or gifts linked to products must also be returned if the product itself is returned. Only then are you entitled to a full refund.

Foundations & concealers can never be returned for hygienic reasons.

If products show any suspicion of testing, we will not take them back for hygienic reasons.
