Belgium:

Free shipping from €69 / Transport costs for orders = from €3.95

Delivery time: 2-3 working days. During school holidays: 2-4 working days.

Netherlands & Luxembourg:

Free shipping from €79 / Transport costs for orders = from €4.95

Delivery time: 2-3 working days. During school holidays: 2-5 working days.

France & Germany:

Free shipping from €150 / Transport costs for orders = from €7.95

Delivery time: 3-6 working days

The rest of the world:

Free shipping from €300 / Transport costs for orders = €16

Info deliveries:

• Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays, nor are deliveries made on Saturdays .
• Orders are shipped with Sendcloud
• The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address . If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package needs to be resent, the customer will pay the full transport costs (€6.95 for Belgium and €7.95 for the Netherlands)
• The recipient is responsible for all customs and mandatory additional costs incurred.
• Please note that delivery may take 2-3 days depending on our courier's distribution policy.
• Orders are shipped a maximum of 2 days after receipt of payment . Orders placed on the weekend or during the holidays will be shipped the next working day.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered according to the standard procedure.
• If you have not received the package, you must let us know within 14 days. After this, we can no longer initiate an investigation with the carriers or proceed with a refund or reshipment.
• If necessary, choose delivery to your work address or preferably to a collection point in your area, think ecologically.
• Please note that all products are subject to Belgian VAT, which is included in the individual prices of each product.
• If your package has arrived damaged, you must report this within 2 days via info@biotylab.com, with attached photos.
• We reserve the right to cancel your order if we suspect fraud.

Stock availability:

Unfortunately, from time to time stock may not be available. You will be contacted if the item you ordered is temporarily unavailable. The product will be refunded to you or sent to you later. We will ship available items immediately once they are back in stock. You only pay the delivery costs once.

RETURNS:

Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with the law on commercial practices and consumer information and protection, the buyer has the right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund guarantee as long as the product purchased is unopened and in its original condition. Please return the unused, undamaged product(s) to own costs and risks (together with your contact details), within 14 days of receipt of the goods to our contact address and you will be reimbursed for the full purchase price of the product within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods (provided we have received the item(s) (and) received sufficient postage and return on time).

Please notify us if you wish to cancel your purchase before to return the good(s) to us. There is no claim for a refund if the product has been used, the packaging is damaged or written on or the order has been opened and/or not returned in the original packaging.

Promotions or gifts linked to products must also be returned if the product itself is returned. Only then are you entitled to a full refund.

Foundations & concealers can never be returned . If products show a suspicion of having been tested, we will not take them back for hygiene reasons.
