Apply to dry face with dry hands. Massage gently onto face and neck. Wet your fingertips with warm water and massage the oil further into your face and eyelashes. Rinse clean or wipe away with a warm, damp cloth and follow with Facial Cleansing Milk (Hreinsun Mjólk).

Sunflower Oil (Heliantus annuus): Especially beneficial for dry, dehydrated skin, as linoleic acid helps the skin synthesize its own lipids (fats), including ceramides, visibly repairing the barrier and leaving the skin looking smoother and healthier. Sunflower oil also has a natural calming effect on the skin so can be useful in reducing signs of stress or irritation on the skin. Research in patients with atopic dermatitis has shown that sunflower oil is a good alternative to topical steroids normally prescribed to control the symptoms of this skin condition.

Grape seed oil (Vitis vinifera): Used to counteract the signs of skin aging. The high concentration of polyphenols provides a high antioxidant effect. The large amount of essential fatty acids gives the skin suppleness and a more youthful appearance.

Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus amygdalus dulcis):
