I use this bath product when I'm stiff or have sore muscles. It helps enormously.
A refreshing bath treatment designed to replenish the skin's natural pH and protect it from dehydration. The salts can be used as a balancing treatment for the entire body.
Formulated with a blend of sea salt and whey, along with baking soda to gently cleanse, and licorice root to reduce signs of redness and irritation. Skin remains beautifully soft and supple.
At Susanne Kaufmann, they believe that treating the body holistically is the key to well-being and maintaining a healthy balance. These alkaline salts can be used as a full-body treatment: as a gentle facial scrub, a soothing bath, or a de-stressing foot bath to soothe and balance the skin, releasing blocked energy or tension.
Due to the use of active, natural ingredients, the colour of this product may vary.
To be used in the bath:
Add five spoons of alkaline salt to a full bath, heated to the natural body temperature of 37°C.
Relax in the warm water for at least 30 minutes.
To be used as a foot bath:
Dissolve two spoons in a bowl heated to the natural body temperature of 37°C.
Bathe your feet and relax for about 30 minutes.
To be used as an exfoliator:
Mix two spoons with warm water and apply gently to skin in circular motions to remove dead skin cells, restore skin's pH and promote the elimination of toxins.
