Like the majority of the ingredients, these roots grew in bright sunshine, soaked in the rain, were pollinated by insects, went through a full growing season and then received many human hands to complete their color destiny. Within a day of harvest, the carrot juices are extracted and sprayed onto a carrier (maltodextrin or acacia gum), dried and micro-finely ground. They are tested for purity and then shipped to us to be mixed into our (your) balms.
