Order information

  • + - Delivery cost

    Belgium:
    Free shipping from € 59 / Transport costs for orders = € 4.95
    Delivery time: 2-3 business days. During school holidays: 2-4 business days.

    Netherlands & Luxembourg:
    Free shipping from € 69 / Transport costs for orders = € 4.95
    Delivery time: 2-3 business days. During school holidays: 2-5 business days.

    France, Germany & UK:
    Free shipping from € 150 / Transport costs for orders = € 8.95
    Delivery time: 3-6 working days

    The rest of the world:
    Free shipping from € 300 / Transport costs for orders = € 30

    - Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays, including deliveries on Saturdays.
    - Orders are sent with Bpost
    - The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. If the specified address is incorrect or incomplete and the package needs to be resent, the customer pays for the full transport costs (€ 6.5 for Belgium and € 8.5 for the Netherlands)

  • + - Delivery time

    The goods ordered by you are shipped the same day (if ordered before 12pm) or the next morning, except on week ends and public holidays, where the order is processed the following Monday.

    Depending on the speed of our logictics partner, you can expect your package within 2 to 3 working days for Belgium (and up to 5 days for all other countries). There are no deliveries on Saturdays.

    Please make sure someone is there to reception the package (a signature will be required). If you work, you may provide the address of your office or of your mum or good friend to make sure you get it as fast as possible.

    If, by any means, the goods you ordered happens to be temporarily out of stock, you will then be contacted. We will dispatch available items immediately and ship any out of stock items when they become available. You will only pay one delivery charge.

  • + - Order

    It's very easy and safe!

    To order a product, proceed by shopping per
    • category (if you need a specific product)
    • brand (classified per alphabetical order)
    • skin condition / symptom

    Then look into the list of product selection, click on a product and read all about it. If it's the one you want to buy send it to the shopping basket by clicking on the button. Once your selection is done, click on the Check Out button (on the top right side of your screen). You can then confirm your shopping basket, the quantities, your personal details such as delivery address etc

    After confirming your order you will be asked to pay. Payment is always secure and can be done via bank transfer or via the secured and recognized Ogone server. Follow the steps, it's very easy. Only once payment is confirmed will we ship the goods. You will receive an email confirming your order, the payment and the shipment. The prices displayed are inclusive 21% VAT but exclude handling and shipping.

    Customers who forget to enter their house number, so that their package can not be delivered and will be returned to Bio'ty Lab, will have to take care of the transport costs for the 2nd shipment.

    With our payment module, you can choose to pay by with Paypal, bank transfert, with bancontact, with Visa or Maestro. Bio'ty Lab doesn't accept cheques or cash payment. Ogone, our partner, ensures safe payment transactions on our site thanks to its commitment to adopt the highest security standards of the market such as SSL encryption. Ogone is verified and certified by different financial organisms.

    Only when the payment is completed and received can we proceed with the order sending (for which you will receive a confirmation email).

  • + - Return policy

    For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied, we offer a full money back guarantee as long as the product bought remains unopened and in its original state.

    Foundations/concealers can not be returned (for hygienic reasons).

    Please return at your own cost and risk the unused, undamaged product(s), within 14 days of receipt of your goods (together with your contact details) to our contact address (Kortrijksesteenweg 154 - 9830 Sint-Martens-Latem - Belgium) and you will get refunded the full purchase price of the product within 14 days we received your returned good(s).

    Please, notify us (info@biotylab.com) if you wish to cancel your purchase before sending back the good(s).

    The Client has a withdrawal period of forteen (14) days from the date of delivery to return, at his own cost, the Products he ordered, for any reason whatsoever.  This period starts from the day of receipt of the Products, at the indicated address or at the relay point, if any, the dated delivery notice being deemed as the proof.

    In this case, the Client shall notify the withdrawal by email, or by mail, to the address indicated in the preamble to the Terms of service, by writing a letter or using the standard withdrawal form sent to the Client with the order summary.

    After receipt and verification of the Products, BIOTYLAB will refund the Client within a maximum of 7 (seven) days, by reallocating the amount paid to the credit card used for the purchase. 

    Delivery charges will not be refunded.

    We do not accept cancellations of workshop registrations.

  • + - Make a gift

    When sending any order we take great care to pack the products proprely and nicely so they look good when delivered at your home. If you wish to offer a gift to someone you can mention it at the end of the order processing by:
    - Specifying the delivery address of the lucky person to receive the gift
    - Add a personal word that we will include in the pack, signed with your name.

    You also can offer a voucher as a gift with the amount of your choice. Have a look under the 'Gifts' for more information.

  • + - Get a sample

    We believe that trying the products is the best way to get convinced. So we strive to send you with each order a sample if available in stock.

    If you wish to discover the Bio'ty Lab range physically, you can always drop by the showroom in Sint-Martens-Latem (by apointment only) to try the products.

    And if you wish to share a Bio'ty Lab experience with friends, we offer the possibility to co-organise home parties at your place. Please contact us for both possibility.

  • + - Demo at home

    Would you want to discover our range of products with your friends in a nice atmosphere? Feel the textures, smell the fragrances, and have a closer look of the packs? Don't hesitate, gather some of your friends for a brunch or an aperitif at your home and let us show you tailor-made the magnificent universe of organic skincare. Contact us so we can arrange this together. We ask for 50€ for the expenses of the evening and each host can get free products for the value of 10% of the sale made during the evening that she can choose among our assortment.

    Practically:

    1° Pick a date: Contact us to choose a date. Send an email to some friends, neighbours, colleagues, or family to invite 5 to 10 friends at your place.

    2° The evening: You offer a drink and a snack to your guests. We come to your place half an hour before your guests to display the products on a table. A big house is certainly not necessary; we always manage to work magic to have a nice cosy place.

    3° Gift: Each host get free products for the value of 10% of the sale made during the evening that she can choose among our assortment (usually the host receives a voucher of 20 to 50€ she can use).

    Questions?

    Money: Everybody is free to buy or not but usually everyone finds something. Payment is usually done cash of by QR code the same evening but money transfer within a week is also ok.

    Length: the presentation doesn't last too long - 30 min. The idea is to spend a nice evening, chatting together. So there is no place for long monologues.

    Delivery: all the products can be tested and usually the orders will be send 1-3 days after the presentation.

    1° To re-discover real taste (the difference between a processed chicken wing and a good free chicken) and real fragrances (carambar sweet versus true raspberry).
    2° To avoid biting in a shiny waxy and tasteless apple in the middle of December. Even Snowwhite would have hesitated. Organic is knowing from where you buy.
    3° To avoid spreading petrol derivatives on your face. You mind your health.
    4° To prevent killing whales by not using conventional lipstick. You respect animals.
