- 125ml Energising oil Le coeur du Baobab Douces Angevines.

- For the body oil: Spread into the skin by rubbing gently after the shower. Massage longer for a warming effect.
- For the balm: Apply a few drops on the chest and throat to ease breathing. Massage gently, especially the solar plexus. To dynamise the zones of the body, apply a few drops on the temples, behind the knees, the back, etc, where it is needed. In winter, put 5 drops in a bowl full of water (38°C) and relax during a quarter of an hour with a footbath.
