Delivery and Return Policy

Standard delivery:

Delivery for Belgium: Standard delivery and handling for Belgium = 5,9€ per order. FREE standard delivery if purchase basket is over 80€.

Please allow 1-3 days for delivery depending on the distribution policy of the post. All deliveries for Belgium are serviced by TAXIPOST. All orders placed in the morning for items in stock are likely to be delivered earlier. For items not in stock, you will get an email confirming delivery terms.

No delivery on Saturday.

Orders are to be dispatched within 2 days max after receipt of payment. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays are to be dispatched the following Monday.

Please insure that the delivery address is accurately written and that there is someone available to reception the package ordered at the delivery address (signature for delivery needed). We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Delivery for the Netherlands and Luxemburg: Standard price for delivery = 5,9€ for package under 2 kg. Please allow for 3-7 working days for delivery. Packages will be dispatched with GLS. Delivery for Switzerland: Standard price for delivery = 12€ for package under 2 kg. Please allow for 3-7 working days for delivery. Packages will be dispatched with GLS. Delivery to the rest of the world: Packages will be dispatched with GLS. Please allow for 3-7 working days for delivery. Price for delivery = 23€ for package under 2 kg. The consignee is responsible for all customs and duty charges incurred. Stock availability:

Unfortunately, from time to time stock may not be available. You will be contacted if the item you order is temporarily out of stock. We will dispatch available items immediately and ship any out of stock items when they become available. You will only pay one delivery charge.

Return policy:

For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied, we offer a full money back guarantee as long as the product bought remains unopened and in their original state. Please return at your own cost and risk the unused, undamaged product(s), within 14 days of receipt of your goods (together with your contact details) to our contact address and you will get refunded the full purchase price of the product within 14 days we received your returned good(s) (if the returned goods were sent back on time and franked sufficiently). Please, notify us if you wish to cancel your purchase before sending back the good(s).
