We didn't have any good toothpaste yet. With a good taste, protecting the teeth, fighting the plaque and all 100% vegetal. Discover this super ayurvedic toothpaste based on meswak plant. The whole family will appreciate it.

And to tame the winter flu, Weleda proposes 2 new products for the throat: a desinfecting sage spray (the word Salvia means "to heal" in ancient Greek) and a soothening tyme sirup.

Tips for the perfect organic beauty routine

The skin is the largest organ and is the barrier between our body and the outside world. To revitalise and rehydrate your skin after a long winter, we share today our best tips for achieving a healthy, soft and glowing complexion and our hand-picked selection of the most advanced, cult organic beauty products from around the world.

1. Double Cleanse

FACE: With an oil-based cleanser that will remove all make-up, sunscreen and pollution. Our oil-based cleansers:

FACE + BODY: With clear water or the incredible Konjac sponge, you will remove dirt that can be removed with water such as dead skin cells and some forms of pollution whilst gently exfoliating this skin. Our fresh cleansers:

BODY: especialliy in the summer, our skin will look much more radiant if regularly scrubbed from its dead cells.

2. Tone
FACE: You can tone your skin to close the pores by using the appropriate toner, such as:

Best way to use them: Spritz the face with a gentle natural or organic toner which is free from denatured alcohol and allow the face to dry naturally.
Our tip for sensitive or dry skins: Avoid alcohol as it dries the skin out. Toners are excellent to use in combination with oils to better moisturise your skin and ease the application and optimise the results of oils or balms.

FACE + BODY: Improve the appearance of your skin by ending your cleansing routine with a splash of cold water.

3. Moisturise
It is important to give your skin the nutrients it needs to remain supple.

FACE: Incorporating skin type specific organic face serums is great way to boost skin with a concentration of nutrients (like anti-oxidants).

FACE + BODY: Hydration (fat) is also key to keep skin plump and supple. Don't forget to drink lots of water throughout the day including herbal teas.

4. Eyes

Why use natural skincare?

"... Because, among other trends, consumers have greater expectations for their shampoo, there is an increased demand for sophisticated chemical products we could use in cosmetics, pesticide sprays and paint ..." When I read this in the newspaper a few days ago, my skin creeped and I thought it was time to write a little post on why we choose to use only natural ingredients in our assortment.

Natural cosmetics are better than their conventional counterparts because:

• They really feed your skin and do more than just providing a silky texture to your skin for 10 minutes.
• Natural skincare is less aggressive. Harsh detergents are banned and consequently your skin is more balanced.
• Natural ingredients won't clogg your pores. The skin can be deeply hydrated without leaving a film hampering skin breathing and toxins elimination.
• On average, a woman uses 12 to 20 personal care products a day as part of her grooming and make-up session. So let's play it safe, minimise our exposure and use 100% reliable and natural products to limit of daily toxic intake. Your skin is the biggest organ of the body. It protects you, yet your body also absorbs what is applied to it. Transdermally, you don't have any digestive system to filter out what reaches your circulatory system.
