Any use of this website (including text, layout, graphic elements, presentation, logos, software and other elements of this site) or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. The website, is protected by the intellectual property rights of Bio'ty Lab BVBA or its content providers, which include copyright, related rights, database and trademark rights. Reproduction, dissemination, sale, division, publication, adjustments, translations, adaptations and use for commercial purposes of all or part of this website is prohibited unless prior written consent has been obtained from Bio'ty Lab BVBA.

 

Protection of Privacy:

Bio'ty Lab BVBA endeavors to protect all information disclosed in accordance with the Data protection Act. The information we collect about you is held on a secure server.
We will ask you to register with us if you wish to use the following features of our site; purchase goods, request information or advice from us, sign up to our email newsletter. You will be required to provide personal information and details. This may include; your name, address, telephone number, email address, payment details (if you order an item).
This information is then stored in our 'my account' feature. You can access, edit and delete information from this area at any time or you can contact us (info@biotylab.com) in order to modify your personal information and details.

Information you provide us with ensures we are able to complete your order and may be used for the following end use:

Each newsletter gives you the option to be removed from our mailing list. It is forbidden for a connection or hosted server of Bio'ty Lab to be used to send large numbers of unsolicited e-mails, to receive replies to unsolicited e-mails or to send an excessive number of e-mails to newsgroups, the title or subject of which has nothing to do with the title of the discussion forum or which could be regarded as offensive or objectionable or could even be harmful to the image of Bio'ty Lab. Bio'ty Lab reserves the right to decide that a specific e-mail does not conform to the rules of a newsgroup or address list or that it should generally be regarded as unwelcome.
