• Quick delivery (48hrs)

  For Belgium deliveries, you should receive your package within 48 hours (from Monday to Friday)*. All orders submitted before 3 p.m will be dispatched the same day, meaning you should receive your package within 24hrs.

  For other countries, please allow up to 5 days to get your package delivered**. 

  Orders are not handled on weekends and public holidays and are not delivered on Saturdays. 

  * If the service of the Belgian Post is not disturbed.

• Free delivery from €80

  • Standard delivery for Belgium, the Netherlands and Grand-Duchy of Luxemburg: 5,9€* for any order below 79€. The delivery is free for any order above or equal to 80€.
  • For France: standard delivery is at 13,5€*. Free for orders above 185€.
  • For Switzerland: standard delivery is at 12€*. Free for orders above 165€.
  • For Germany: standard delivery is at 8,9€*. Free for orders above 120€.
  • For the rest of the world: standard delivery is at 23€*. Free for orders above 330€. 

  * This price includes packaging and handling and applies to all packs lighter than 2 kg (please use the weight of the products as a guide). Tariffs 2012.

• Secured payment

  With our payment module, you can choose to pay by bank transfert, with bancontact, with Visa or Maestro. Bio'ty Lab doesn't accept cheques or cash payment.

  Your order will be dispatched once the payment is confirmed.

  Ogone, our partner, ensures safe payment transactions on our site thanks to its commitment to adopt the highest security standards of the market such as SSL encryption. Ogone is verified and certified by different financial organisms.

  Get free samples with each of your order*.

  * if available in the stock. Samples can't be sold. Samples are only sent over together with an order.

• -10% for loyal customer

  Our "Rewarded loyalty" program works on the principle of an electronic loyalty card;

  For each purchase by bracket of 10€ (excluding delivery costs), you will receive one loyalty point. As soon as you get 30 points, you get 10% discount valid on your next purchase.

  Your points are recorded and piled up automatically at each purchase. You can always look at your points card status on your account via "My Bio'ty Lab".

  When you reach 30 points, 10% (excluding delivery costs) will automatically be discounted of the amount of your next purchase, when you proceed to the checkout.

  We are there for you! If you have some questions or if you wish to get a piece of advice, contact us. 

  Being pampered is important at Bio'ty Lab! You can thus enjoy those little advantages for all your orders:

  - Samples 

  In every pack, we strive to insert one or two samples (if the stock allows it) for you to discover new products and brands. If you wish to receive something in particular, please mention it when confirming your shopping basket. We will do what we can to give you satisfaction.

  - Gifts. Want to offer a present but you can't give it personally?
  If you wish to make a gift to someone, we can send the products you picked in a nice wrap accompanied by a personal note written by you. Of course, we will not insert any price or commercial information. You just need to mention the address of the person you will send the products to and your personal note when confirming your shopping basket. We take care of the rest.

  Would you want to discover our range of products with your friends in a nice atmosphere? Feel the textures, smell the fragrances, and have a closer look of the packs?
